Based in Asturias, I bring a restaurant-level dining experience directly to your table — without you having to leave the house. My work centers on two signatures: elevated brunch, built around a 72-hour sourdough base, and private dinners that move fluidly between cuisines.
My range spans sushi & nikkei, Mediterranean, American, Latin American, South American and European cooking — technique-driven, ingredient-focused, and designed around your occasion, whether that's an intimate dinner for two or a celebration for a full table.
